A common question I am asked is “How much will it cost?” Except for a few cases, this is often a difficult question to answer. The cost to represent you will depend on the type of case, the complexity involved, the facts and circumstances of the case, and whether any travel will be required. There may also be filing fees, and other costs, such as service of process.

Overview

This section will set forth the basic costs of the areas of law that I practice, so that you may have a general idea of what you will need to pay for your case. Each case is unique, and your cost may vary, depending on your particular circumstances. Please select a practice fee from the list to the left for more specific details on fees for your particular area of interest.

I may be able to work with each client to arrange a payment plan. However, at least one-half of the retainer fee, plus costs, must be paid in advance. Future payments must be on an agreed schedule, and if these payments are not timely made, I have no choice but to withdraw as attorney.
