Wills

Few people like to think about it, but we are all mortal. If something unexpected happens, or if a person is growing older, that person will have wanted to have a say in how his/her possessions are distributed after death.

You may want to make specific bequests to specific people. Or, you may want to make sure that certain people do not get your possessions. Or, you may want to appoint your preference as to who you want to manage your estate, or to take care of your minor children. All of these things can be addressed in your will.

I will meet with you to address all relevant matters, draft the will, and provide all the means to properly execute the will, so that your desires are fulfilled after you are gone, and the distribution of your property is not decided by the state of Texas.

Please feel free to email me for further information.
